Stephanie works with MMI on power transactions in the US. She has been an executive Director of PE-RISK since January of 2018 and is focused providing tailored insurance and risk management solutions to clients investing in real assets and private equity. Most recently Stephanie was an Executive Director of Morgan Stanley, acting as an internal risk and insurance consultant to Morgan Stanley’s Private Funds division, responsible for evaluating, structuring and negotiating complex insurance programs for assets under management in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific.
Stephanie specializes in real estate, global infrastructure and supporting M&A transactions, and is recognized as an expert in insurance and risk diligence and transactional insurance placements. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Stephanie was the Director of Insurance and Risk Management for Veolia Environment’s energy operations in North America.
Stephanie currently sits on the board of the NY RIMS Chapter, as well as the client advisory boards of Chubb, Sompo, AIG and Lloyds. She is also dedicated to supporting the next generation of risk management professionals and has been selected as a Risk Manager in Residence through the Spencer Foundation at St. Joe’s University, the University of Hartford, the University of Dayton and the University of Rhode Island.
