Mandy McNeil – CEO and Principal

Prior to this, she co-owned and was the CEO of Moore-McNeil, LLC, a successful US based boutique insuranceadvisory firm that was established in 2004 and sold in 2008 to a US retail insurance broker. Mandy remained on as CEO/Managing Director until 2016. She was the lead consultant and/or provided executive oversight on +1500 projecttransactions with Moore-McNeil.
- From 2000 until 2004, Mandy was a Senior Vice President at Marsh Inc, and held different roles including Global Infrastructure Practice Leader and Project Practice Leader.
- From 1997-2000, Mandy was the Assistant Treasurer and Risk Manager for Transpower, the New Zealand national grid. Her role encompassed international debt raising and hedging and she had oversight of the risk management and insurance functions, including managing the insurance program for the HVDC link. Mandy developed and implemented a company-wide enterprise risk management system. She was a non-executive member of the Transpower Board of
- From 1994-1997, Mandy worked for Westpac bank in the financial markets providing FX, money market and derivative client advisory services.
- From 1987-1994, Mandy worked in corporate treasury management as the Money Market Manager for Telecom NZ, including managing the exposures around a multi-billion debt She was part of the project team who managed the debt financing and currency hedging for the Pacific Rim fiber optic cableproject.
Mandy developed a Derivatives Trading training module for the Australian Securities Institute, and a Construction Risk Management training model for the US Construction Standards Institute. She currently holds Chair and Vice Chair /Director positions on assorted public and private sector boards.
